The booking contract - unless otherwise stated and agreed - is the basis for the guest accommodation contract of the municipality of Oy-Mittelberg, which can be viewed at http://www.oy-mittelberg.de/de/gastaufungsvertrag.html and the temporary rental contract according to the German Civil Code (BGB).

Payment

Upon receipt of your reservation confirmation, you have to transfer the deposit of 20% of the rental price for 7 days. Your reservation is only effective if the deposit is received in time! The balance is payable in advance by bank transfer no later than 3 months before the start of the rental period. For rentals within 3 months prior to arrival, the total amount has to be transferred with the receipt of the reservation confirmation.

Cancellation policy

You have booked Villa Hilde. Now the reservation has to be canceled? Your reservation is based on the provisions of the temporary rental contract (BGB) and is binding. A contract of accommodation may be concluded verbally or by telephone or in writing. We comply with the General Cancellation Conditions of the German Civil Code, which are as follows:

In case of breach of contract by the lessor

Equivalent substitute quarter must prove the guest and, if necessary, bear the damage. In the event of a defect in the agreed accommodation, a repair or an appropriate reduction of the rental price.

In case of breach of contract / cancellation by the tenant / guest

Pay the agreed rental price less the saved expenses to the landlord for the entire rental period, if a different rental was not possible. The guidelines for the saved expenses for a holiday apartment are 10%. You must pay 90% of the rent.
